If you purchased our self serve package your online display will not be visible and searchable within our database but remain “pending” until your payment has been received.

Q: What is “pending” status?

Your listing will not be visible to viewers and you will not be able to access the additional information (feature sheet) nor will you be able to change or update your property information or add or delete photos. Once your payment has been received you will be notified via an email confirmation at which time your listing will be live or in “active” status allowing you full access to your property information for all your editing needs. Clients using any of our services, free or other, will have an opportunity to make changes prior to submission however once your information is submitted it remains “pending” while you await our email confirmation.
